Municipal Court
De Soto's municipal court is the judicial branch of the De Soto City government.

Parks & Recreation
The Parks and Recreation Department is in charge of the maintenance and upkeep of the City's four park properties, the Community Center, and the Aquatic Center.

The Community Development Department includes the office of the City Engineer, the Capital Project's Inspector, Codes Enforcement, and Planning.

Street
The De Soto Street Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the City's 112 lane miles of streets. This includes pothole repairs, street paving, crack sealing, snow and ice removal, mowing, and street striping.

Trash & Recycling
The City of De Soto contracts with Honey Creek Disposal for curbside trash and recycling pickup.

Utilities
The De Soto Utilities Department includes our water and sewer utilities.

Utility Billing
De Soto's utility bills include water, wastewater, trash pick-up, and recycling services. Bills are generated by City Hall and mailed to residents and customers on a monthly basis.
