Notify JoCo
Residents can identify up to five locations (work, home, or their child’s school, for example) they would like to receive alerts about. NotifyJoCo alerts individuals about a variety of events, ranging from severe weather, fires, floods and other emergencies, to more routine announcements, such as road closures and water utility maintenance, depending on what options are chosen in the sign-up process. Messages are sent to residents based on their preferences — cell phone, SMS, home phone and email — to ensure real-time access to potentially lifesaving information.
