Text-To-Pay is a new method available to De Soto Utility Billing customers, allowing the option to pay for a bill by simply replying to a text message.
Here's how to sign up:
- Call 877-252-1812 and select option 4 to sign up for "Text-To-Pay."
- Follow the voice instructions and enter the requested information (i.e. account number and payment info).
- Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation text. Reply with "VERIFY" as prompted, and you'll get a text confirming your enrollment in Text-To-Pay.
When a new bill is available, the system will text you, asking if you'd like to pay via text. Reply to the text with "PAY," and you'll receive a confirmation text with the receipt number.
