Thank you to everyone who participated in our low-impact fitness workshop! Your feedback helped shape the 'Fit-To-You' Fitness Classes, running this January through February.
Modified for all types of physical abilities, this class offers a range of motion activities, focusing on core muscles.
Classes take place on Mondays and/or Wednesdays, from 8:45am-9:45am, in the Fitness Room.
January Classes:
- Mondays: January 6-27th
- Wednesdays: January 8-27th
February Classes:
- Mondays: February 4-25th
- Wednesdays: February 6-27th
- Fee: $12 for 4 classes
