Two projects in the 2025 Mill & Overlay Program begin Wednesday, October 1st:
- W. 84th Terrace: Resurfacing from Penner Avenue to the west end of the street, with related curb, gutter, and sidewalk ramp improvements.
- Cedar Creek Road: Resurfacing from W. 83rd Street south to the City limit, along with an overlay of both W. 88th Circle and W. 89th Street, from Hillview Drive to the east City limit.
The remaining program funds will go toward resurfacing a 3,000 ft.-section of 95th Street, west of Lexington Avenue, and additional neighborhood streets that will be determined as the program continues.
Work on W. 84th Terrace and Cedar Creek Road is expected to be complete by the end of October, weather permitting.
