2. Vendor Information

   The 4th of July Celebration event is at Riverfest Park in De Soto, Kansas, from 7:00pm-10:30pm on Tuesday, July 4th. 

   • There is no vendor fee. 
   • 120v, 20 amp, or 30 amp electrical service is supplied for each site (food - 20x20 and business - 15x15).
   • Generators are not allowed due to the noise.

    You are allowed to sell only the items you list and those approved by event management. (Food items and products only. No beer or alcohol).

    1. All booths must be set up by 6:30pm on Tuesday, July 4, 2023; vehicle traffic is not allowed in the vendor area after 6:45pm.
    2. Event hours are 7:00pm–10:30pm; vendor agrees to be ready for the public by 7:00pm.
    3. Generators are not allowed due to noise; plug-in electrical is provided.
    4. Applicant agrees to follow good food service practices and must comply with all state, municipal, and county regulations.
    5. Applicant agrees to sell only food items and products approved by the City; no alcohol is allowed at this event.
    6. A full list of provided menu items with pricing shall be provided on site by vendor.
    7. Each booth must be staffed by a manager at all times.
    8. Applicant agrees to not remove their booth/food truck until after the fireworks show and guests have cleared the vendor area.
27. Waiver of Liability and Other Information: I, the undersigned, intending this document to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the City of De Soto, Kansas and its agents, successor and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. *
