In October of 2018 De Soto entered into a design-build contract agreement with RG Fiber of Baldwin City to build and operate a broadband fiber-to-the-home internet network throughout the City. The implementation of the project has experienced delays, causing concern and questions within the community. We have created a page on our website to serve as a source of reliable, timely information relating to the terms of the agreement and progress toward its completion.
